Cancellation/Date change Policy
- We have a 48hr cancellation/date change policy. Deposit refunds will only be given to cancellations made 48hr before booking time.
- We are happy to change the date of your booking and keep the deposit on the booking for the new date (Up to 6 weeks after original booking) and still deduct the deposit from the price on the new date, if you let us know 72hrs before your original booking. However, if you change the booking date less than 72hrs before your original booking then you cannot receive a deposit refund if you then try to cancel your new date.
- No Shows: Any no show bookings on the day without giving us 48hr notice will result in your deposit being lost. If you turn up on the day with less people without giving us 48hr notice, the deposits for those people will be lost.
- REFUND PROCESS: Once you receive confirmation of cancellation via email/text this means your deposit refund has also been actioned (If you are entitled to one). Deposit refunds can take up to 5-10 working days depending on who you bank with. Please note that times will be longer over bank holidays.
- Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
- Management & staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time for any reason.
- IMPORTANT INFO - TO CANCEL OR CHANGE A BOOKING PLEASE USE THE CONTACT FORM VIA OUR CONTACT PAGE.
